Amanda represented both me(seller) and the buyer. She knew how to handle the inevitable issues that come up on both sides. She saved the sale by helping the buyer resolve an issue with the lender. She was very prompt to respond to any email or text messages that I sent. She is always courteous and positive. She gives advice but does not get offended when we want to do something different than what she suggested. I really appreciate that. When we are ready to buy a home, I will call Amanda!
