back in 2002 I realized that what I was doing was not what I wanted to do forever. It was a career, it just wasn’t my career and I was working my butt off to achieve success for a faceless corporation. I finally said “enough!”, submerged myself in night classes, and never looked back. The people I now work for, my clients, have faces… and dreams, it’s much more gratifying. As it turns out, Real Estate isn’t so much a career as it is a lifestyle. When I’m not showing a home or determining a value, I’m listening to my client’s concerns, creating marketing plans in my head, scouring paperwork to be certain it’s accurate, coordinating fundraisers, meeting with veterans groups and driving, I do a lot of driving… what’s my point? Real Estate is not really a job at all. If you’re doing it right, you’re living it.
