This review is LOOONG overdue. Like others have expressed, no words can thoroughly express how fantastic of a realtor Dan is and how caring, thoughtful, and beyond helpful he was in my house buying experience. I needed to move ASAP for various reasons and Dan was there for me even when he was extremely busy in other areas of his life. He was patient when it was needed and firm when it was needed. He was flexible and very accommodating and super awesome at negotiating to get the best deal I could under the circumstances. There's no way I could have gotten the deal I got without his help! He went over and above showing me different versions of what I was looking for & even thought outside of the box to help me achieve my goal. Even after I closed, he was still extremely helpful in making sure I got settled in comfortably. I have already referred him to my family and will continue to refer to him moving forward.
