Melissa had a solid strategy going into the sale of my property. She always advised me and kept me abreast of the progress on a daily basis. We stuck to her plan and the property sold much faster and with better offer than it had with my other real estate team. I couldn’t be more happier with Melissa’s work.

Selling my house turned out to be harder than it should have been due to a cross-country move and a burst pipe, but Melissa made it work! She is a very knowledgeable and professional agent with a deep history in Phoenix and surrounds.

Very through and detailed oriented. Knew the market well and treated my house very successfully. She negotiated with potential buyers agents and made sure all was fair AAS. Appropriate. Everything went smoothly because she is the ultimate professional

Buying a home (or selling) is a stressful process, however, when you use Diana Koistinen you've got nothing to worry about. The perfect real estate agent is honest while maintaining professionalism, listens to their clients needs/wants, and will go to bat for their client no matter what. That is exactly what you get with Diana. Our home purchase was one hurdle after another but Diana was beyond phenomenal in keeping everything on track, picking up the slack from others, and making sure everything went through. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Diana nor can I recommend her enough, ESPECIALLY for people with animals/livestock.

Diana is great! She went "to bat" when we had issues with our lender and made sure the process went through as we needed it to.

She was very helpful agent, always willing to assist thru the whole process, even after the sale is completed.
