I've used David several times in different real estate situations and every time he has done a terrific job!! Home and lot were quickly sold at very good prices. His expertise in the west valley cannot be overstated!! He is definitely my guy for any real estate deals!!!

We are so grateful to our agent David Sims for guiding us through both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one. David’s planning beforehand and knowledge of the market helped our listing stand out and sell quickly, and at the price we wanted. With the purchase of our new home, we wanted to be in a specific area, close to shopping and the golf course. David Sims found us the perfect home! Just steps from Main Street and a half block from the golf course. Although the sellers’ agent was at times unprofessional and borderline unethical, his behavior didn’t fluster our agent. David used his negotiation skills and integrity to get us the home we wanted for less than we were prepared to spend. We will definitely use him in the future.

Dave is as good as they get! First and foremost, he is extremely trustworthy and works with the highest level of integrity. You can trust and know with 100% confidence he is working on your behalf to do absolutely everything he can to get the best outcome for you. He's extremely knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy to understand and simple to work through. I highly recommend Dave to anyone looking to buy/sell their home.
