Kim was the second realtor I worked with to try to sell my home. The first one spent 4 months doing all the normal realtor things. We did not receive one legitimate offer. It was not for lack of trying. He said it was just a tough time to sell. I prayed a lot about it and told him I need to try something different. He said no problem and we cancelled our contract.
