Bruce has excellent knowledge and feel for the Verdes real estate market. He is also very responsive replying to any inquiries or messages within hours. Moreover, he is good at assessing what you want and works tirelessly to help you fulfill them. He is also excellent in post-sales service helping you find any contractors or vendors that you may need to better your properties.

We spent the month of March in Rio Verde renting a townhome. We fell in love with the community, golf course and beautiful views.
