I had the pleasure of choosing Alica Blas as my realtor. She had come highly recommended by a friend of mine. She knows the Trilogy market because she lives here. I agreed with her analysis of the market and the pricing of my home. She was thorough in the marketing of my home. Her photographer was fantastic! She held an Open House my first weekend and I had 2 offers. They were contingency and I was not interested. The following weekend I had a few showings and by mid week I had an offer I couldn’t refuse. She was with me every step of the way through the inspection, the follow-up with workmen, the completion of the paperwork. It was smooth and worry free because of her proactive approach.
