I purchased my house with Shellece's help in Mesa, Arizona. I was working and going to school full time. I knew I wanted a house but I didn't know if I could afford it. I also didn't have much time to dedicate to searching. Shellece was extremely accommodating in meeting me around my busy schedule. She took time to get to know what I was looking for and what I felt my budget was. She helped me find a great house that fit perfectly with my needs. She was extremely considerate to me and my situation. I didn't feel coerced or pushed into any phase of the process. She made the daunting task of finding a home stress-free and simple. I feel her broad experience and knowledge base promoted confidence in her and the information she conveyed. I have referred a few close friends to her that have had similar experiences.

Cynthia is not only very knowledgeable in the real estate market but also very responsive and provides sound advice. She is very easy to talk to and will always make herself available for questions. Her ability to translate real estate jargon into comprehensible terminology was invaluable in working through the selling process. We are grateful for all of her hard work in helping us secure a sale quickly!

Shelby was amazing to work with... If there was a property we were interested in, and we noticed it online at 9:30pm, we were still the first ones through the door the next morning to place a bid, thanks to Shelby's speedy reaction time! In the Phoenix market, this was crucial in us being able to secure the house of our dreams despite numerous obstacles on our end. On top of this, her follow through was outstanding, she kept her word on any commitments, and she went above and beyond every single time, even during our first homeowner's emergency due to our own error after we'd moved in! She was the perfect mix of professionalism and fun, which was super important to us! Plus... she spoiled all of our pets and they absolutely adored her, which was even more important to us than all of the above! Thank you for sticking with us over the long haul and ensuring that we have the perfect place to call home Shelby! We appreciate you so much!
