We recently sold our two homes and bought a house together and Bryan facilitated that for us. With each of our homes, he told us what we needed to do to get top dollar for the listing. That skill clearly translates to negotiating: the house that we bought together was appraised for $10K more than we paid for it. Bryan was also great about being honest with us about listings we were interested in. He knew just how to get us to look at potential problems and find the house that would truly meet our needs rather than just look pretty before we got the keys.
