Shelby was amazing to work with... If there was a property we were interested in, and we noticed it online at 9:30pm, we were still the first ones through the door the next morning to place a bid, thanks to Shelby's speedy reaction time! In the Phoenix market, this was crucial in us being able to secure the house of our dreams despite numerous obstacles on our end. On top of this, her follow through was outstanding, she kept her word on any commitments, and she went above and beyond every single time, even during our first homeowner's emergency due to our own error after we'd moved in! She was the perfect mix of professionalism and fun, which was super important to us! Plus... she spoiled all of our pets and they absolutely adored her, which was even more important to us than all of the above!
