My wife & I were looking for a home for our retirement. Since we vacationed in Myrtle Beach frequently that would be our ideal location. We had been looking on Zillow & found a home that met our requirements. We had a trip planned there & one week prior we contacted Kevin by email who within minutes replied & we set up an appointment for a showing. He kept us up to date with the sale's progress. After settlement he kept us informed of the status & when the house would be registered with the court.
