Brielle was able to look all over the Twin Cities, suburbs in every direction, and know everything about the towns, locations, and style of houses in each location for me. Her knowledge and experience was not limited by any factors. When we would walk into a house Brielle would know exactly what to look for, red flags, things that stood out, I would observe her turning on every light, faucet, shower, sink on in the house, checking the circuit breakers, all of the appliances, floor boards, foundations if visible, looking into crawl spaces, checking locks, she was thorough and nothing got past her. Tim is very knowledgeable when it comes to homes. The things that stood out for me in regards to this agent, he was very patient, understanding, kind, very knowledgeable when it comes to point all things in a home that was old and would probably need to be fixed later down the line.
