We chose Heidi to sell our home because we wanted a Realtor who truly knew the Rogers community and had a proven track record—and she did not disappoint! Heidi is a go-getter who is extremely knowledgeable, personable, patient, and always accessible when we had questions or needed guidance. Throughout the entire process, she stayed on top of every detail, kept us informed along the way, and made sure we always knew what to expect. Selling a home can be stressful, but Heidi made the process as smooth as possible. We had a great experience working with her and truly appreciated her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to getting the job done. We would highly recommend Heidi to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She knows the community, knows the market, and genuinely cares about her clients. Thank you, Heidi, for helping us successfully close this chapter and move on to our next adventure!

Karen has many years of experience and her wealth of knowledge is invaluable. She knows the best way to market a property and does extensive research to advise a seller on how best to price the property to get its full potential and sell quickly. I highly recommend Karen and the whole team at Windsong Realty.

Tim educated me on the real estate process from the initial stage up to the final stage. As a schoolteacher, I really appreciated this! He was so thorough in doing so that when taking the Homebuyers' education course, I was able to do so with ease! Time was available to receive my calls even on the weekends! He answered my calls promptly and cheerfully! Very rarely did I have to leave a message, and if I did, he responded within minutes. He was always kind, caring and reassuring with his responses! His famous lines were: "leave the worrying to me", "there are more houses out there" "it's part of the process" and "it will work out". he was very thorough in every aspect of his interactions with me. he knows the real estate process and has assembled an amazing team of experts!

We so enjoyed working with Linda in finding our dream home! Linda is very personable, kind, patient, and transparent throughout the home buying process. She has great knowledge of the local market, excellent professional skills, and negotiation skills. She always had our best interest in mind and was truthful and kind every step of the way. She also had excellent resources for us throughout the buying process such as home inspectors, sewer line inspection, and radon. Thank you for everything Linda, we will definitely miss seeing you regularly!

Kerri was INCREDIBLY patient and understanding on our journey to find a home. We viewed 49 houses over the course of MONTHS searching. Her patience and positive approach to our search made my husband and I feel that she really understood our needs.

Scott did an excellent job explaining the sales process, listening to our questions and addressing our concerns. He’s open and honest sharing knowledge and experience that made the process of selling our home much easier than we anticipated.
