Tim helped the reviewer sell this property

Bar none, Tim is simply the best real estate agent I know and have heard of!

Tim educated me on the real estate process from the initial stage up to the final stage. As a schoolteacher, I really appreciated this! He was so thorough in doing so that when taking the Homebuyers' education course, I was able to do so with ease! Time was available to receive my calls even on the weekends! He answered my calls promptly and cheerfully! Very rarely did I have to leave a message, and if I did, he responded within minutes. He was always kind, caring and reassuring with his responses! His famous lines were: "leave the worrying to me", "there are more houses out there" "it's part of the process" and "it will work out". he was very thorough in every aspect of his interactions with me. he knows the real estate process and has assembled an amazing team of experts!
