He was so thorough in doing so that when taking the Homebuyers' education course, I was able to do so with ease! Time was available to receive my calls even on the weekends! He answered my calls promptly and cheerfully! Very rarely did I have to leave a message, and if I did, he responded within minutes. He was always kind, caring and reassuring with his responses! His famous lines were: "leave the worrying to me", "there are more houses out there" "it's part of the process" and "it will work out". he was very thorough in every aspect of his interactions with me. he knows the real estate process and has assembled an amazing team of experts!

Tim is very knowledgeable when it comes to homes. The things that stood out for me in regards to this agent, he was very patient, understanding, kind, very knowledgeable when it comes to point all things in a home that was old and would probably need to be fixed later down the line. He is a very honest man and that is the quality I like in a person when I’m doing business with them, you could tell that Tim has been in his business for very long time.
