We had an outstanding experience working with Katie and Jim during a very complicated part of life. We were navigating a long-distance move, selling our home in Florida, and starting new careers in Minnesota — and through it all, Katie and Jim were incredibly understanding and patient. While viewing homes, Katie and Jim's professionalism and deep knowledge really stood out. They honestly guided us through what to look for and what to avoid, which was especially valuable since homes in Minnesota are so different from what we were used to in Florida. We also weren’t the easiest clients to work with at times, juggling the logistics of a big move and bringing our two young children along to showings, but Katie and Jim were always gracious, patient, and completely professional. We couldn’t have asked for better partners in this process and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Greg and Heather are a great duo to work with! Their availability and support for finding the best buyer was greatly appreciated. Throughout the process their insight really helped us adjust based on the market

Once again Kevin shows his experience and expertise in the industry. He found us a buyer and helped us through the closing process so that it was completely painless.

Highly recommend Aaron to anyone even thinking about looking for a home. He is incredibly responsive, thorough and experienced in his advice, and has excellent working relationships with many agents in town. This last piece was so helpful making sure we were the first to view my home. Everything from inspections to lending, Aaron has great recommendations. If you're lucky enough to be in the market with Aaron, you will recognize quickly that he is someone who will approach every decision with your best interest at heart.

Colleen helped us navigate a rough housing market as sellers during the winter of 2022 when it was a seasonally bad time to sell, but also interest rates were at their highest point in years. With years of experience, Colleen helped us navigate pricing, deciding between multiple offers, and negotiating buyer's inspection items. It was a smooth transaction. We will use Colleen again in the future!

We would highly recommend Kathy, Sarah and their team! They sold our home in 14 days after the listing date! They have an unbelievable work ethic, great negotiating skills and communicated quickly and answered all our questions and concerns through the whole process. We were moving out of the state and they also helped us with relocating. We hope to stay in touch and would use Kathy and Sarah again in a heartbeat!

The entire team was very professional, friendly, and helpful! They answered all of my questions quickly and clearly. This was my first experience buying a home and they were very patient and walked me through each step of the process. A huge thank you to Steve for his patience on all the properties I dragged him to!
