Tina made the entire process stress free!

Tina was always responsive and easy to reach. She kept me informed with every single step of the home buying process and answered all of my questions, making sure I was comfortable with each decision. She had a great understanding of the pricing in the area and gave good advice on the realistic things to look for in a home. When I was ready to put in an offer, Tina negotiated with the seller to get me a deal that I was happy with. Great for first time home buyers, clear, transparent, supportive.

Tina was informative and did not leave us feeling misinformed, or missing information. Any question we had, she responded kindly. She treated us fairly and at no point did I feel as if she was talking down to us. You hear horror stories, and Tina is one of the best. Anytime, any where, she responded to our concerns.
