We had a wonderful experience working with Tina! She was responsive, knowledgeable, and truly listened to our needs and expectations. Her knowledge of the lakeshore market was especially valuable. We felt that our best interests were always a priority, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through the process. We highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell property!
Tina was referred to us by former clients who had a great experience with her. We would recommend her highly!
Tina was always responsive and easy to reach. She kept me informed with every single step of the home buying process and answered all of my questions, making sure I was comfortable with each decision. She had a great understanding of the pricing in the area and gave good advice on the realistic things to look for in a home. When I was ready to put in an offer, Tina negotiated with the seller to get me a deal that I was happy with. Overall, Tina was professional, personable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home
Tina represented us and helped us through our recent purchase of land. She was knowledgeable and attentive throughout the process and really helped ease our concerns. We felt like we had a friend in our corner and we are so happy we picked her!
Tina was informative and did not leave us feeling misinformed, or missing information. Any question we had, she responded kindly. She treated us fairly and at no point did I feel as if she was talking down to us. You hear horror stories, and Tina is one of the best. Anytime, any where, she responded to our concerns.
Great communication and very responsive to our questions.
We appreciated Tina’s knowledge and professionalism. She was always available for us when we needed her.
Tina is amazing. This is our 2nd time using Tina as our realtor and we would highly recommend her again and again. This time we purchased land and the process went pretty fast. Tina always made sure to communicate with us about everything that was going on and was very responsive. She cares for her clients and really does want what is best for them. We love Tina!
Tina helped us get the best deal for our new house. She informed us of ways to stay competitive when shopping for a house so we could secure our top choice. The entire process was so easy and painless, she was wonderful.
Tina was extremely helpful and very responsive. We are first time home buyers, and she explained everything to us as we went through the process. Tina made the entire process very easy to understand. We would 100% use her again in the future.
Selling a home can be overwhelming, but they made the entire process incredibly smooth. Their knowledge of the market, strategic pricing, and marketing plan resulted in our home going under contract in under 48 hours for more than the asking price. They were responsive, honest, and truly advocated for us throughout the transaction. We are so grateful for the outstanding service and would recommend them without hesitation.
Very responsive when we reached out about information and questions. Very knowledgeable in the this field. Stayed in range of the price of house we were looking for as well as style.
