I had owned a house in MN for 15 years and recently decided to sell it. I currently live in SD so the sale wasn't going to be easy for me to be present or available for many of the little things that go on during a sale. I was at the house for a long weekend to take care of many of the small tasks needed to sell it and when I was getting close to finishing I called Scott via finding him on an internet search. He came that same day to discuss things and get everything ready to go which was greatly appreciated. Throughout the sales process he kept in great contact with me regarding what was going on.
