He walks you through each step and stays on top of things. I don't think he ever sleeps!! His knowledge of his craft is impressive. I was on a tight time line. Lou had my home listed and sold in just over 30 days. In addition, he did several days of manual labor around the house to make sure it was ready. He is quite handy and isn't afraid to get dirty.
