I appreciate The Sunshine State Company's practice to pair agents with their clients. Jeff got us! We knew we wanted to locate in Sarasota County, but didn't know exactly where. Jeff showed us several developments and met with us several times before we finally made our decision to purchase new construction in Venice. Mellisa was great from the beginning we had a nice long phone call on exactly what I was looking for. She knew the area very well and came up with great ideas on units to see. I scheduled the day to meet and tour the homes. She was on time and had a folder with all the units that we were going to see for that day with notes on things that I liked and didn't like. Once we decided to make an offer on a home she guided me through the whole process with all the information needed to seal the deal and close on the home. To say Lou Martinez is the Above & Beyond realtor is an understatement. Lou stays familiar with comps in your area and conveys a weekly report to each client. He walks you through each step and stays on top of things. I don't think he ever sleeps!! His knowledge of his craft is impressive. I was on a tight time line. Lou had my home listed and sold in just over 30 days. In addition, he did several days of manual labor around the house to make sure it was ready. He is quite handy and isn't afraid to get dirty. He is so much more than one would expect from a realtor. He is very special and has the perfect personality to deal with people He will be a friend forever.
