I was a 'snowbird' for 15 years. Last year my husband died from cancer & did not feel could upkeep 2 houses. I got Mandy's name from a lady in St.Louis. I met & chose Mandy as my agent, she was young and knowledgeable about real estate. We met, set a price and I returned to Missouri and left everything in her hands. Anytime I had questions, she immediately would return my call. The house sold with my asking price- all closing paperwork was done online with no problems. I did not worry about not being present because I had an outstanding agent-thank you.

Doug was an attentive and helpful agent. We bought from out of state and he was always there to answer our question and concerns.
