Originally from Poland I graduated from Silesian University with Master`s degree in Marketing and Management. Soon after getting my diploma, I moved to the United Kingdom. After many years of living there, working, getting promoted, traveling, married my beloved husband Mike, buying our first family home and welcoming our two precious kids into the world: Amelia and William we have decided to move to the US, to Florida. This beautiful, sunshine state offers all I have always dreamed of and we found our place here in Venice, small but growing town with lots to offer for everyone: beautiful downtown, spectacular views, great schools, gulf clubs, parks, beaches, restaurants, stores, hotels, churches, friendly and helpful community, with overall very positive vibes. I always wanted to live in such place with never ending summer as this is what gives me lots of an energy, great feeling and make me happy every day I wake up. The smoothest and easiest home buying experience for first time buyers

We love so much! She created such a trusting and smooth environment for us to buy a new home, especially with it being out first home! We are so grateful to have had Cathy as our realtor, we would not want to go through anyone else. Between Cathy and the Michael Saunders Team, we felt heard and taken care off and all of our needs were met with the home we purchased and it took such a short time to be able to process everything. Cathy was constantly in contact with us, which we appreciated so much. It was definitely a 5 star experience and we would definitely use Cathy again in the future!

Emilia is the best!

Professional and personable

Claudia is by far one of the most thorough, professional, and personable agents I've worked with. Being from out of state, she took her time to show me properties on a holiday weekend, answered all my questions, was upfront about the costs involved, and went out of her way to make sure everything from the offer, to the negotiation, inspections, and loan services were a seamless process. She was always available and because I was out of state did a video walk thru before closing. I was incredibly happy and love my home on Batello Drive. I highly recommend Claudia!
