We love so much! She created such a trusting and smooth environment for us to buy a new home, especially with it being out first home! Claudia is by far one of the most thorough, professional, and personable agents I've worked with. Being from out of state, she took her time to show me properties on a holiday weekend, answered all my questions, was upfront about the costs involved, and went out of her way to make sure everything from the offer, to the negotiation, inspections, and loan services were a seamless process. She was always available and because I was out of state did a video walk thru before closing. I was incredibly happy and love my home on Batello Drive. I highly recommend Claudia!

We were impressed by Adrienne’s work ethic. She had “Open Houses” every weekend and she communicated with us every Tuesday where she updated us to what was happening with the interest in the house. We reviewed marketing strategies and what we could do to get more interest in the sale of the house such as lowering the price in small increments. Unfortunately, the it was not a good time to sell and therefore we did not get our price but the house did get sold Personally, she is respectful, caring and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to my friends.
