Dawn helped us buy our home in Englewood, FL. She went above and beyond by remotely showing us the property and the neighborhood. When my parents decided to sell their home in North Port I recommended Dawn. She sold the home immediately. The day of the closing was the day hurricane Ian hit Florida. The house received significant damage. The sale was off. Dawn worked with us to assess the true damage even though she had her own storm damage. With her recommendation we cleaned up the property and had it inspected. It was safe to live in. Dawn worked to value the home.
