Selling my home all on my own was very stressful having been recently divorced. Dawn was recommended by a dear friend of mind. With great anxiety I made the call. Dawn returned the call , took all my information then made the appointment to come and check out the house. I was very impressed and at ease from the moment I met her. She had all the information of the homes that had recently sold in my neighborhood, and gave me reasonable market value for the home. Being the holidays she was going out of town to visit family, but checked in on me and how things were going daily. The layout of pictures were great. She also kept the buyer side in check. I really thought being the holidays it would take several months to sell my home, but the first person that looked at it bought it. Dawn is professional and personable. She does an excellent job from start to finish. I wish she were my agent to purchase a new home , but I have moved out of state and I'm afraid the purchase end will take me much longer,as it has already been two months and I have found nothing.

Throughout the years I have purchased and sold more than a half dozen homes. During that time I have contracted with a variety of realtors and all have done a pretty good job, but no realtor has impressed me more than Dawn Driver. I drove from NJ to FL in Jan 2022 to find my forever home. The realtor I originally contacted knew I was coming at a specific date. When Hurricane Ian wiped us out, Dawn stepped in to the rescue. In one day, we pounded the pavement in search of a suitable new home for us. She saved the best for last, at the end of that first day. We fell in love with that home. We called Dawn, to put in an offer, and she set everything up step by step, including a mortgage company who got us into the home in less than a month. Wow! It was the easiest home purchase ever. We have already been spreading her name around as a great realtor to help others in our situation.
