I live out of state but was interested in a very small parcel of land, less than $5k. Dennis treated me no differently than if I was buying a million dollar home. Communication was prompt and efficient. He went out to the parcel and did a video chat with me so I could see it and we closed within 3 weeks. Dennis is a very knowledgable & proactive agent that works hard to achieve his client’s wishes. He had great suggestions & has detailed knowledge of the areas we were looking at. Once we communicated our preferences, he set out to find a large selection of homes to choose from & did a great job at that. He worked hard - from morning to night - to take us to the properties that had the greatest potential & ultimately helped us find the ideal place. He also gave great advice on the negotiations needed to close the purchase. On top of that, he has continued to an asset to us post-sale, to find reliable services in an area we are new to. In short, Dennis is a great realtor, very enjoyable to work with & extremely effective at learning - and meeting buyer’s & seller’s needs.
