He regularly answered calls and messages on weekends, holidays, and even late at night just to keep me updated and make sure I knew where things stood. The sale itself was complicated, and I was also dealing with a PCS move out of state, but Mario made the entire process much less stressful. His communication, professionalism, and dedication never came into question, and I always felt like he genuinely cared about helping me through a difficult situation. We had to sell my mother in law’s home that was located in Gibsonton while we live hours away. While this made things a little tricky what was worse is that my MIL passed away in the middle of the sell of the home :-( This was a really rough time for the family but the realtors kept us on track and tried to keep it as simple as possible. We are thankful that we were able to get it done and Jennifer and Karen’s guidance even though we didn’t get to celebrate it with my MIL.
