Mario was amazing throughout my VA compromise sale. From day one, he treated me like more than just another client and was always there when I needed him. He regularly answered calls and messages on weekends, holidays, and even late at night just to keep me updated and make sure I knew where things stood. The sale itself was complicated, and I was also dealing with a PCS move out of state, but Mario made the entire process much less stressful. His communication, professionalism, and dedication never came into question, and I always felt like he genuinely cared about helping me through a difficult situation. I can’t thank him enough for everything he did. If you’re looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond for his clients, I can’t recommend Mario enough.

Mario did an incredible job with negotiating for me to ensure I received the best deal. He helped me navigate this whole process and made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything. Mario was great! He really knows the area and was a huge help getting through the whole process. He was very communicative about meeting places and houses we were going to look at. He didn’t try to sell me every house we looked at but took my concerns about the previous house and found new ones to alleviate those concerns. He was also very honest with me about my expectations, negotiations, and the market.

Mario is the most honest, genuine and kind person. He stuck with me for an entire year, helping me get my credit situated in order to even be ready to buy a home and then when our first lender fell through, we were able to get another one and get me into my first home. Mario not only makes sure to go above and beyond but he keeps you well informed throughout the whole process. He was my realtor when I bought the home back in 2021 and also helped me to sell the home in 2025. He began helping me prior to even moving to the state and would do video walkthroughs with me on the phone. He remains transparent through the entire process and is willing to but in the extra work to make sure you as his client get what you are looking for. If I could have used him for buying a home in another state I would have.
