I interviewed Michael in October 2025 and decided to use him to list and sell my house. After spending several hours giving me tips and better ways to show my house we listed in November 2025. The first week we had several offers. I was out of the country for a month and michael handled everything for me and I mean EVERYTHING, From advertising with fantastic day and night pictures to walking each prospective buyer through the property explaining the house property and neighborhood. we accepted a full price offer and moved forward. While we were out of town michael stood by for fhe inspection ordered and monitored repairs scheduled a closing giving us time to get back and move our furniture. Javy is also a veteran and was extremely knowledgeable about VA loans and the needs of military families in the area. When we found our dream home, he knew precisely what our offer should be and how to present it. We got the house $30,000 under asking and the seller paid some towards ours closing costs!
