Joseph Sweeney, you have made my buying experience so fabulous. You answered every call answered every question and if you didn't know you sent me to the right people who could answer them. You stuck with me when I backed out of a contract, and understood my reasons. You kept me in the right price range because you knew what I wanted to stay at a price I could comfortably pay. Two yrs it took until I found my dream home. I came with no money for down payment and you helped with getting me down payment assistance not only that but also the first time home buyers assistance. I had a dream but no money and you stuck with me. Unlike other agents that told me lol good luck, come back when you have some money. You encouraged me to save while during our hunt for my dream home. When I got discouraged you gave me pep talks. I have learned so much in this experience and how the home buying works. When it came down to negotiating as I was one of three offers, she made suggestions that would make me more appealing while also not going overboard.
