You stuck with me when I backed out of a contract, and understood my reasons. You kept me in the right price range because you knew what I wanted to stay at a price I could comfortably pay. Two yrs it took until I found my dream home. I came with no money for down payment and you helped with getting me down payment assistance not only that but also the first time home buyers assistance. I had a dream but no money and you stuck with me. Unlike other agents that told me lol good luck, come back when you have some money.
