If you want a realtor that is knowledgeable, honest, and has integrity please use Allan. He took the time to show us the area, lots of different homes around our price range. Once he got a feel for what we were looking for he took it and helped us narrow down to a few wonderful choices. We were from out of town so it made it a little more difficult but Allan went above and beyond to find us our Florida dream home. He also showed us some wonderful eating places!! As a first time homebuyer we knew little, to no information about the steps to make towards purchasing a home. Alicia was super informative and patient with me. I literally had a new question every day and she answered every single one of them. She went above and beyond during the craziest real estate market to make sure we ended up with the perfect home for our family. Lee Anna was phenomenal to work with, she went well above and beyond her duties and took care of every little aspect so I did not have to. Working with her has been the best real estate transaction experience I've been apart of. Her skills as a realtor are second to none, her valuation of the home was spot on, her ability to assess the intangible value of the house was amazing; because of her we were able to execute an offer and get accepted on the first day. She took care of all the negotiations with the other party for us and truly put our best interest at the forefront of her mindset. Allan has helped us sell our home and made the experience incredibly smooth. He helped us understand the market so we could get our home priced fairly in the current conditions, worked with us to maximize the exposure of our listing, hosted open houses, and let us know about showings right away. He was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable when any questions came up and followed up with us throughout and after closing to be sure that we had everything we needed. He has also been working with us to find our next home, and is getting us in for showings as soon as possible, sometimes within hours of the listing going live. He listens to what we are looking for, as well as what areas we might be able to compromise, in to provide as many options as possible. Alicia was phenomenal to work with. From the get go she gave me the feeling that we were working with someone who was competent, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. We had kind of a weird situation and were unsure at first if we would be buying, but even when I just reached out to Alicia for information she was immediately all in and willing to provide any information or support we needed even if we did not end up buying. On more than one occasion Alicia went to bat for us to make sure that we had a shot at the property we wanted, and that we were getting treated fairly by the seller. It can be difficult to find someone who is both a super cool person and an excellent professional, but Alicia definitely checks both boxes!

Allan navigated us through a very quick home buying and selling process. He was a great advocate for us in getting the sale finalized on the new house and selling our old house.
