You stuck with me when I backed out of a contract, and understood my reasons. You kept me in the right price range because you knew what I wanted to stay at a price I could comfortably pay. Two yrs it took until I found my dream home. I came with no money for down payment and you helped with getting me down payment assistance not only that but also the first time home buyers assistance. I had a dream but no money and you stuck with me. Unlike other agents that told me lol good luck, come back when you have some money. You encouraged me to save while during our hunt for my dream home. When I got discouraged you gave me pep talks. I have learned so much in this experience and how the home buying works. Your knowledge of the field shows in all that you have done for me. I feel like you will be part of the family now and invited to many BBQ s. In fact, I told my best friend a Realtor, that she could not do what Mr. Joseph Sweeney did and that is why I asked him to sell my house instead of her.
