Real estate teams in North Star

Grant went the extra mile to prepare my house for sale and I am extremely grateful for all his efforts. He is to be commended for his attention to detail and his ability to prioritize all that needed to be done to sell my house. He also knew the market and priced the house so that it sold quickly and without issue.

Grant was on top of every aspect of the sale. He is a huge asset to your group.

Purchase of new property was smooth and Lori (agent) kept us informed and updated throughout the process.

Lori is a pleasure to work with. Kept me very informed throughout the process of settling on new property. Available to answer questions and very personable.

We were very happy working with George and would recommend him.

We were very pleased with George and would use him again, to either buy or sell!

George was able to provide us with all information we needed for houses in the area we were looking for. He came with us to the builder and helped us with the negotiation. He is very professional and also is pleasant to work with.

We were so impressed with Kat’s knowledge and professionalism - both times we have had her as our agent. She guided us through this process seamlessly with care and concern for all details. She is excellent at what she does!

Knowledgeable team, we worked with Kat over twenty years ago and went right back when it was time to sell. They know how to stage, photograph, and market your house. It was a smooth process.

Kat was awesome! She's a fighter and works hard for her clients. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Peggy's efforts to assist me through the process of selling my home far exceeded my expectations. She was there for me every step of the way. From the first day I talked with her, Peggy communicated a clear strategy for marketing and laid out a plan for staging and showing the house. There were a few hiccups along the way and Peggy's guidance gave me a lot of confidence when I needed it most. The marketing materials created were stunningly beautiful. Peggy's strategy for showing my house and holding an open house drew in many potential buyers and generated multiple offers. I have already recommended Peggy to several people! Centrella Group rocks!

I am a single mom in a demanding profession. Peggy worked with my schedule and recommended places that worked with my budget and space needs. This house suited me for a variety of personal reasons, and Peggy helped me make an aggressive bid. Peggy is a consummate professional, but she did not treat me like another real estate transactional relationship. She gave me sound advice when needed. I would recommend her to friends and colleagues.

Agent was very positive while still being realistic. She guided us well. She provided us with resources to call upon while seeking mortgage information, moving companies and staging information/cleaning for other property while preparing to sell it as well.

Samantha was patient throughout our buying process and moved fast once we finally found a home we loved. Then without skipping a beat, she had our old house on the market and under contract within 24 hours of listing! Samantha's knowledge of real estate is most impressive--I wish I could buy and sell homes with her every day!!

Great agent. She was very helpful at navigating me through the short sale process.

Linda and Kathy went above and beyond in all regards. We have relocated from Michigan for a new job at UD. Finding a home (to buy or rental) was a daunting task, especially in the current market. A friend of a friend has used the Eddins & Hanna Team several times as have her friends. We were happy to receive the referral. Linda and Kathy made time to show us as many houses as possible during a two day trip two months ago. Their knowledge of the areas, neighborhoods, and schools was exceptional. It was a priority for us to have our grade school aged kids go to a great public school. As well as having a good commute to UD. They also took us through several FaceTime showings of homes while we were in Michigan. Fleshing out all possible scenarios for us for buying vs renting while our family transitioned was unbelievably helpful. Not to mention countless local resources for vendors and workman after we closed - they are well rooted in this community. Even as we have officially moved this week, they have been so helpful in tying loose ends and making us feel welcome and settled in our new home. Communication and hospitality from this team made what could have been a very rough transition for our family, extremely manageable. Coupled with our Loan Officer, Marybeth Cashman, at Fairway Mortgage, the entire transaction went better than I could have imagined. Ever grateful for their wisdom and expertise. Thank you Linda & Kathy - we will 1000% be using this team again and recommending to others.

Our Agent, Linda Hanna was a pleasure to work with. She kept us informed through the entire purchase and sale of our home. She is very knowledgeable and knows the process very well. I will be recommending Linda to all my friends and family for when they are ready to make their move or next purchase!!!

I met Linda through a home showing and I knew she was the right agent for my wife and I's next purchase. Linda and Ms. Eddin's helped us with the sale of our home at the beach and in Hockessin. After finding our forever home in Hockessin they worked to assure all our needs. Linda was a joy to work with and kept us informed the entire step of the way, She stayed on top of things and nothing was over looked from start to finish. We have became friends with Linda and will continue to be friends well into the future. We will be recommending the Hannah & Eddins team to all our family and friends!!!

Thanks to Victoria and her team, we sold our home of 32 years in one day for $50,000 above asking price. It took some effort to get the house ready for market, but she guided every step of the way. She know exactly what to do to get the job done. We could not be happier.

Victoria Dickinson is hard working, knowledgeable and respectful of sellers’ opinions and ideas. Her communication was excellent. I recommend her services to anyone selling a house.

My real estate agent is great!
