During my initial call with Maya, I knew immediately that I made the right choice. This interaction was meant to be. She is so professional, and makes you feel comfortable. Maya has a laid back communication style, which I can truly appreciate. She is taking it all in, and constantly observing. She reminds me of myself 35 years ago. She not only knows how to talk to people; most importantly, she is an intent and active listener. I was able to quickly see that Maya is very passionate about her career choice. What she does is certainly not just a job for her. She truly cares about people, and it shows. Mike was kind, detail-oriented, and very thorough. He was helpful, listened to me throughout the process, and was thoughtful in responding to the several questions I had about each property, as well as about the home buying process itself. When it was time to make an offer, he did so quickly, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had.
