Since the start of my career, I have been featured as a top producer in Delaware Today & Philadelphia Magazine, received The Realty Alliance Sales Award every year since 2007, and become a lifetime member of the Global Directory of Who’s Who. In 2014, I was nominated for REALTOR® of the Year by the NCCBOR®, and I am the recipient of their 2017 Good Neighbor Award. Through the years, I have formed strong relationships with many different people in many different aspects of the real estate business. I love what I do and doing it well! In my free time, I like to spend time with my wife, daughters, and dachshund, Bean.

Real Estate is always something I've had a passion for. Prior to becoming a licensed agent in both Delaware & Pennsylvania, I was a paralegal at a Real Estate Law Firm here in Delaware. After a year of working on my own, I joined The Hadley Group at the Patterson-Schwartz headquarters in Hockessin. Since then I have been working alongside the other members of our group to provide the highest level of service as possible during the home buying process. My attention to detail is what drives my client focus. I believe the highest level of customer service is required always, but most importantly, while making one of the biggest purchases of one's life. I look forward to continuing to build my business at Patterson-Schwartz while providing top-notch customer service to each one of my clients!

Since early 2014, I have been working alongside other members of The Hadley Group to make sure our clients have the best experience possible while making one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Nicole is the best

Throughout the whole process Nicole was there. She would answer our calls and texts no matter what and whenever we saw a house we wanted to look at she was quick to get us in there to look around. When we sold our house she knew exactly how to set the house up for success. Took us 2.5 days to sell our house and got above asking for it. We’re forever grateful to have Nicole as our agent and if you need help finding a home or selling your home give her a call, you won’t regret it at all.

Grant went the extra mile .

Grant went the extra mile to prepare my house for sale and I am extremely grateful for all his efforts. He is to be commended for his attention to detail and his ability to prioritize all that needed to be done to sell my house. He also knew the market and priced the house so that it sold quickly and without issue.

Great Realtor and even better person.

Emma was super responsive and extremely helpful with all aspects of the home buying process. She had exceptional knowledge of the area and got exactly what we asked for with the house. She made herself available at all times even interrupting her own personal vacation, she helped facilitate a viewing. 10/10.
