He was very thorough during his initial walk-through in pointing out things I could do to make the property more attractive. He was also very knowledgeable about how to handle the multiple bids I received on my property and I felt very confident about the decisions I made after discussing the options with Craig. Craig was very helpful in pointing out the things needing correction after the buyer's inspection and suggesting remedies that I could take.
