Linda and Kathy went above and beyond in all regards. We have relocated from Michigan for a new job at UD. Finding a home (to buy or rental) was a daunting task, especially in the current market. A friend of a friend has used the Eddins & Hanna Team several times as have her friends. We were happy to receive the referral. Linda and Kathy made time to show us as many houses as possible during a two day trip two months ago. Their knowledge of the areas, neighborhoods, and schools was exceptional. It was a priority for us to have our grade school aged kids go to a great public school. As well as having a good commute to UD. They also took us through several FaceTime showings of homes while we were in Michigan. Fleshing out all possible scenarios for us for buying vs renting while our family transitioned was unbelievably helpful. Not to mention countless local resources for vendors and workman after we closed - they are well rooted in this community. Even as we have officially moved this week, they have been so helpful in tying loose ends and making us feel welcome and settled in our new home. Communication and hospitality from this team made what could have been a very rough transition for our family, extremely manageable. Coupled with our Loan Officer, Marybeth Cashman, at Fairway Mortgage, the entire transaction went better than I could have imagined. Ever grateful for their wisdom and expertise.
