I cannot speak more highly of Erica she is by far the best agent we have ever delt with. , Erica is always available , even if she was with a client or driving you will get a response either it will be a text letting you know she will call you back or she takes the call every time. Erica was on top of things at all times, kept in constant contact with us during our search. If we wanted to see a home she Erica went out of her way to drive 3 hours to show us homes, she went to 3 different states Pa, Maryland and Delaware because she wanted to make sure we were happy and we were not sure since we retired what area we wanted to live, When we found our perfect home she was on top of the listing agent the title company and the underwriter to make sure everything went perfectly for settlement. Erica also made sure she got the home for the price we could afford and NEVER tried to steer us from the price we were comfortable with. Erica was not happy until we were, it was never about the sale her job is to serve her clients to the best of her ability as did when she served our country during her military career Erica's goal was to make us happy and get us the home we wanted and that is exactly what she did. Erica will fight for you and do whatever she can to get you the home you want. Erica goes above and beyond. We have purchased many homes in our lifetime, and our experience was so smooth and stressless due to Erica's knowledge, negotiation, and especially her communication skills. We trust her completely.
