Victoria began her real estate career nearly 20 years ago and hasn't looked back since. She quickly became the partner to the top-producing agent she was working with. Her drive and determination has never faltered, which is the reason Victoria became one of the top agents in her own right. Prior to merging with Chris Patterson, Principleat Patterson-Schwartz, Victoria was with Prudential Fox & Roach REALTORS. During her tenure there she achieved every accolade available to her. Victoria received Prudential's highest award of Top of the Rock for 8 straight years. Other awards included Chairman's Circle, President's Circle, and Circle of Excellence. Even while being incredibly driven and focused, she never hesitated to help her fellow agents when they needed assistance. The most important element to Victoria's philosophy is that she truly cares for each and every person she works with. It's not just about the sale for her, but rather matching her clients' needs and lifestyle with the perfect home. In getting to know about the whole person and/or family and what it is that truly makes them thrive, Victoria develops a relationship that often becomes a friendship for a lifetime. From a young age, Lauren would follow property transfers and the real estate section in the Wilmington News Journal. Although she initially pursued a career in education, her true passion for real estate could not be ignored and she proudly launched her real estate journey in 2013. Lauren offers her clients experience and a level of service unlike any other, listening deeply to their needs and developing close knit connections and relationships that extend well beyond the settlement table. She is able to network across the industry and deliver on her client’s wishes. Lauren and her husband, Vinnie, are residents of Wilmington and proud parents to Cecilia and Luc. Lauren is a graduate of Ursuline Academy and Villanova University. Lauren is licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
