This is the third house we have purchased and our experience with Lauren at Victoria Dickinson far exceeded our other purchases. Lauren is knowledgeable, responsive and well connected within the industry which made this process as seamless as possible.

We had a wonderful experience working with Lauren as first-time homebuyers. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and always took the time to answer our many questions and explain things clearly. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel much easier and more manageable. Lauren was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, and we always felt that she had our best interests in mind. She listened to what we were looking for and helped us quickly find a home that we were really happy with. She also guided us through the offer process, and we were thrilled to have our offer accepted! We really appreciated Lauren’s patience, communication, and support from beginning to end. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first-time homebuyers.

Lauren was always available to answer questions or concerns, both through text and phone. Great communication, and she understood exactly what I was looking for in a new home. She communicated effectively with all members of my home hunting team. Very knowledgeable about all the homes viewed, and fought for me to get the right home at the right price.

Lauren Madaline provided to me outstanding service in the sale of my home. First she gave excellent advice to prepare my house for sale. Then was always there to answer questions and schedule necessary tasks, inspections, needed to sell my home. Very grateful I had her helping me sell my house. Ed Mark

Our agent was diligent in respecting our request and was consistent in negotiating and making suggestions in our best interests to sell our property. Thank you Lauren and Victoria.

Lauren was a wealth of local information. She was responsive and brought a balance of positivity and realistic expectations to our home search experience.

Lauren was always available to help us navigate a difficult housing market as a buyer. She fielded our endless phone calls and eased our minds when needed. She went above and beyond to help us find and secure the perfect home for our growing family! We cannot recommend her and the Patterson-Schwartz team enough!

Lauren was amazing!! She went above and beyond helping us secure the best deal on our first house. We couldn’t have been happier!

Our experience with our agent, Lauren Madeline, and with Patterson-Schwartz, was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Lauren was professional, personal, punctual, knowledgeable, and did a top notch job for us. She always returned my text messages and phone calls promptly, and was very helpful with her advice. She priced and marketed our home so well, that it sold in one day. Lauren worked very hard, and everything went very smoothly because of her and her efforts. She is #1 with us!

Victoria and Lauren are definitely the dynamic duo! They laid out the area well, showed us a cross section of homes and temporary living quarters and set us up for success.

Great service and communications. Would enthusiastically use PS and our agent Victoria again.
