Karen and Melanie are a perfect team. They work together to provide all the information you need to make a decision. We bought and sold our house with them. Working long days could have been a challenge, but they kept us informed and reminded us of deadlines as needed. They also encouraged us to list sooner than we had wanted based on market stats and trends. We sold our home in 2 days at full asking price. Their strategy worked in an ever changing market.
