Renee helped us find our first home back in 2020, and it went so smoothly that we went to her to sell that home and to help us find our second home. It was much trickier this time, having to sell and buy at the same time, but she made it very low stress for us. She booked showings that worked with our life style, brought level headed perspective as we walked though homes, and continually kept our expectations on the right track. She was available to us to answer questions very quickly, and ran through several "what-if" scenarios with us as we viewed homes. When it was time to get our home ready to sell she laid out very clear guidelines for us to follow to get the home staged and ready for others to view. As we went through the listing process she evaluated the homes around us and the current market to ensure that our expectations stayed appropriate and that we would actually be able to sell the home. She was an excellent go between with the home we purchased, communicating with that realtor for us. She also was available over the phone several times to explain contracts before we signed.

I've heard horror stories about realtors who weren't the best at their jobs. On top of that she helped with negotiations and we got the house right in price range of what it is worth. In this market where some houses are selling for 100k over the home value, that's a big deal. So glad I found Cyndi and I won't take a chance on anyone else as long as I live near the area.
