Shannon has a wealth of knowledge about realty in Colorado. She helped us navigate a home search from out of state and made the process of buying a home enjoyable. She is responsive to any questions and was a pleasure to work with. Do yourself a favor and use Shannon if you're looking to buy or sell a home in Colorado.

Shannon knows her stuff and will get you the best deal if you are buying or selling a home in Colorado. We were moving to Colorado from a different state and just happened to pick her off of Zillow and boy did we luck out! We love her professionalism, candor, can-do attitude and she was always quick to respond to our questions. I will not hesitate to recommend her services to everyone I meet who needs a realtor.

I don’t even know where to start, Shannon is simply the best agent!! Shannon’s professionalism, kindness, years of experience, deep knowledge of real estate, and honesty are like no other agent. She went above and beyond every step of the way. Shannon brought things to our attention that we didn’t have the experience to watch out for, and she had our backs every step of the way. Shannon has such a deep knowledge base, is very thorough, reliable (dots every “i” and crosses every “t”), friendly, and always made time for us when questions arose. Shannon went above and beyond in helping us find our dream home while making sure the experience was a positive one, and that there were no surprises for us. Not only is Shannon a top notch real estate agent, she is a person of integrity and honesty which is sometimes hard to find these days, and it was such a relief that we could trust and rely on Shannon 100%. If buying or selling a home in CO, there could be no better choice in real estate agent than Shannon!

We were so encouraged after we first met with Connie to sell our home. Her experience in the real-estate market is invaluable. She has an eye for what a buyer values and was very helpful in walking us through the various processes to get our home ready to sell. Connie responded to any of our messages or calls very quickly and professionally. Her connection with Re/Max also aided our process. Her overall presentation and listing of our house -with working knowledge of other home listing systems such as zillow, etc. was excellent. I believe her attention, experience, professionalism, and timeliness helped support the sale of our home tremendously. In a market where the average home was listed around 50 days before going under contract, we were under contract in under 2 weeks. We attribute this primarily to Connie.

Made our dreams come true

Connie was simply amazing! From the first phone call to removing the lockbox off the front door she manages every aspect with the utmost professionalism attention to detail and the emotional care of selling your home. No question was ever too small for her to take time to answer and assure you every step of the way. She is not simply a realtor. She is a guide, a confident, a listening ear, a teacher of the process, and a friend. Connie looks out for your best interest in every aspect. Trust her intuition, trust her skill, trust her judgment. She is looking out for you.
