Michelle did an amazing job selling a condo flip we completed. She worked through a tough market to put our unit in front of as many people as possible ultimately getting us to the closing table. Michelle has a great understanding of construction and remodeling so her input could and should be taken seriously. She is willing to tell you the hard things if quality isn't up to standard or potential buyers have concerns. But ultimately, she will work to understand your budget/margins and price accordingly to make sure we are successful as investors. I wouldn't hesitate to use Michelle again. Great experience.
