We were looking to buy our first home together as a married couple with young kids. We had several instances where we changed our decision and she was patient and receptive through the whole process. I really feel like Katina cares about her clients and wants to help them, and this is something we hadn't experienced in the past. She advocates for her clients in every way possible, and throughout our entire process, she was extremely effective at communicating every change or piece of information. Buying a home is one of the most stressful life events and I literally do not know how we could have done it without her.
