Joan Manganaro and Cheyenne Watson are the best realtors I have ever worked with. They go the second and third mile. When we bought our first condo in River Cove Landing we were supposed to be meeting another realtor from Zillow. He never showed. Joan came and showed us the unit which we purchased. She has now shown us a second condo that we loved and purchased and she is listing our other condo and one we have in the Islands that is being renovated after the flood. She assists with moving, repairs and even did a walkthrough with my wife at the condo being renovated. I will never use another realtor group.

Julie has enough experience to make deals go through even when the other realtor may not know how to make it happen. She helped our buyer qualify for assistance with closing costs, saving the deal where the buyers realtor didn't know how to do this. She understands our needs and has demonstrated creativity in getting the deals done.

Matt Yoder helped us to purchase the perfect home in Beverly Hills! He listened to our 'wants' for the new home and found us several great options. Most importantly, at the last minute, a home that checked all of our boxes was re-listed as a previous sale fell through. Matt moved quickly to arrange a showing then, based on his research and knowledge of the area and market, negotiated a great purchase price. He was attentive throughout the entire process - putting us in touch with the professionals needed for inspections, funding, repairs, etc. If we could give him MORE than five stars, we would!
