Buying a home out of state could have been overwhelming, but working with Kristy made it feel easy. She showed up for everything we couldn’t. The inspections, walkthroughs, FaceTime calls so we could see things in real time and made sure we never felt out of the loop. She also connected us with the right people along the way, which made the whole process feel seamless. She covered a lot of ground with us too. She showed homes from Spring Hill all the way to Clermont. Always patient, always willing to keep going. The part I’ll never forget is that I had actually crossed our now-home off the list. After a long day of looking at houses that just weren’t it, she gently encouraged us to go see one more. That was the house. Our house. If she hadn’t pushed us just a little, we would have missed it and I’m so thankful she did.

Shonda was great at explaining the process to me and getting back to me quickly when I had questions. This was my first house and she stepped me through the process and was always there when I had questions or didn't understand something. I honestly don't know anything she could have done better.

James and Margaret worked hard and long to make the sale of our house smooth and easy for us. The assessment of our property was realistic. The presentation online looked as good or better than that of other properties in the area. Good communication. This is the second time we have used their services, once for a purchase and once for a sale. We will happily call them again in the future if the need arises.
